We asked her for the reasons of the accusations; she just mentioned it did not work on...

her as much as other bottles she bought somewhere else. She insisted us to acknowledge and confirm that we sell fake items. We let her know that we are only the seller of the Al Slim Dietary Supplement brand, and she can contact the company directly to complain about the effect of the products and also she can ask them if the product she bought from us is real.At the other hand, taking slim dietary supplements of any brand frequently may reduce the effects of it. Besides that, her diet personally can affect tremendously on the effect of the supplement. We have told her about these issues on the day she came in. The customer has not listened neither agreed with us at this point and mainly she came in for the money back. We asked her to give us her phone number and we could call the company to see if it is possible for the refund. She left and came back in rage, yelling in front of our store that we sell fake supplements. We ask her to leave and if she keeps yelling to disturb our business, we would have to call the police for help.We understand the frustration of being on a diet, using dietary supplement, and it does not work out. Being in the business for more than ten years, we never have events escalated this way. Because normal customers know how these supplements work and we also provide assistance when miscommunicationmay happen. We apologize for the inconvenience and the feelings the customer may feel. We have contacted the company of Al and we will refund the money for the customer. We wish the customer can be more patient and understanding next time when she visits other businesses.We also appreciate the clarification request of Revdex.com with this incident. We will do everything to better our services in the future.
