Review: I came to attend a Zumba class session on Monday July 1st. The gentleman at the front desk asked for my drivers license as collateral to attend the class. He told me that I would get it back as soon as the class was over. I gave him my drivers license and went inside to join the class. I came back after the class was over to collect my license. Neither employee at the front desk knew where my ID had gone. After looking he accused me saying that I need to go home and check for it there when I obviously gave it to him. They proceeded to look around again but still couldn't find it. Thematic at the front desk said he would look again the next as they were closing at that time. So I had to leave without a drivers license and hope that I don't get pulled over to receive a very expensive ticket. Now I have to buy a replacement.Needless to say I will not be returning there to join if they are going to be frivolous with my personal information. The Zumba class was great and I am disappointed that my night was ruined by horrible customer service from the front desk staff.Desired Settlement: They should refund me for the payment of my replacement drivers license and the one-time class fee that I had to pay to attend the Zumba class for the inconvenience they caused me.

Review: I have requested and spoken with the owner [redacted] regarding a refund due to me. Danette verbally agreed as well her new partner to fully refund me a total of $360.00. The times I have spoken to her, she has promised to resolve the issue but now three weeks later nothing has been fixed. She doesn't take my calls or return them. I was promised a refund by today 10/25/2013 verbally by Danette. When I called on 10/25/2013 she didn't answer. I need this refund taken care of as soon as possible. They are having an ownership change but Danette is still involved, being at the gym at times. I have been getting the run around for long enough. Her excuse is that, that business account is now closed and she needs to figure out how to refund it. The other excuse was that their credit card machine was not functioning and could not refund me. It's amazing that the machine was working when they ran my card, but not when I need a refund. They took my credit card information and sent it to their bookeeper to run the payment. I didn't even get a receipt but the charge is evident on my credit card statement.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the total amount of $360.00 directly to my credit card or refunded by cashier's check.
