I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The refund is accepted, What's not accepted is how [redacted] treated me as a customer and cancelled my membership out of the blue. The escalation was fully on [redacted]'s part where he was unprofessional and made up a fictitious complaint from 2 months ago. I was in the gym 6 days a week and re-rack all my weights and treat the gym with respect. I've worked out in much more established gyms in the past and never had an issue.I expressed at least on 5 separate occasions of unsafe equipment where a customer can get hurt. The only response from [redacted] was did I sign the waiver form of giving up my rights if I got hurt. This again is another negative about this gym, the owner doesn't care about the condition of their equipment and the safety of their own customers. Also making fun of someone who's had health related issues and struggled in the gym for years is not acceptable. Also who wants to be told I am watching you on camera all the time. That's a privacy issue and makes me uncomfortable and I've heard this from other customers.I already spoke to a few previous customers who have expressed similar run in's with [redacted] and the condition of the place. This is exactly why the gym is always empty b/c they don't take customers complaints lightly, they just cancel your membership. This is why they will fail and will continue to lose customers.The down fall of this gym will be the owner himself, he's young and needs attitude readjustment and needs understand how to run a business. I will continue telling people to stay away from this place and my experience with the owner. In the end they will do themselves in.

Hello [redacted], I'm sorry you felt disrespected by our staff. Your actions and disrespect towards other members ultimately led to your membership being terminated. You were issued a full refund for the month on 4/**/17 and will no longer be charged. As you already were made aware of, we have...
received multiple complaints about you leaving heavy dumbbells on the ground after your workout. We have spoken to you multiple times and reminded you that you have to re-rack your weights when you are done with them. This rule also applies to the free weight machines, which you constantly leave with hundreds of pounds of weight loaded on to them. We take member complaints very seriously, and have given you multiple warnings over the past year. Yet, you refused to follow the gym rules. 4/**/17 you became very aggressive with the manager and refused to rack your weights after he politely asked you to do so. Management became uncomfortable and worried for his safety. This is why you were then escorted out by police and a ban was issued. Once again I'm sorry PFX Fitness was not for you, but behavior like that just cannot be tolerated. We wish you the best.
