Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint That is completely falseWhen we were going to purchase this vehicle, I was told that the only issue the car had was an idleing problemThey said their mechanic had just finish working on it but the only thing that he couldn't fix was that problemSo where did the sealant come from? I have a statement from a mechanic that indeed this was already there for a whileSo with this said either something gets done about this or it will be taken further legally Regards, [redacted]
We sold the customer the car after telling him many times that the car skips and the customer also sign a separate disclosure on the AS/IS statement, the customer has had the car for over seven months and this ids the first we have heard of this!We did not put sealer in the car and we are VERY
upfront if a car has an issue that needs to be addressed
