Per industry standards, a patient’s major medical insurance information is also obtained as work comp claims are not automatically approved
Mr*** medical insurance included a co-payment which was appropriately collected at each of his visits in the beginning until
Work Comp assumed responsibility “moving forward” about mid-way through treatment
An appeal was filed by PTRS to have the balance paid by Work Comp
Work Comp has the appeal in review
