The customer service was TERRIBLE as well as the owners! First I asked for my nails to be soaked off so I could get a fresh set & instead the technician took a nail & peeled my nails off with the nailThen I told the nail technician that I was unhappy with how she cut & shaped my nails & she totally disregarded what I told her by saying once she put the powder on she would be able to fix them & they would look betterAt the end I paid for the service & let the owners know that I was unhappy & asked if I could come back to get my nails fixed the way that I wanted them since they were getting ready to closeInitially the female owner agreed & let the male owner know & he said no because his technician spent hrs on my nails & he assumed that I never told the technician I was unhappyAt that point I asked for my money back because he was out of line, which by the way he told me he would only give my money back if I sat down & let him soak the nails offWe got into a huge argument where he continued to disrespect me & use vulgar language while other customers were in the shopHe told me not to ever come back & threatened to call the cops on me all because I was unhappy with the serviceAfter minutes of arguing they finally gave me my money back & asked me never to returnThe way he spoke to me was totally disrespectful & I will never step foot in that shop againVery bad experience as a first time customer! It was never about the money because I don't mind paying for great service, however I was VERY disappointed with the outcome of my nails! At no point should the owner go toe to toe with a customer because the customer is expressing how dissatisfied they are with the serviceThey did nothing to try to resolve the problem, but did everything to escalate itSo unfortunate because I've heard how great the shop is, but the experience I had today says otherwise! I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone!
