The company as a whole is unorganized and has terrible communication with their customer as well as internally The issues with the billing department are they do not have a way to pay your bills online, so you have to call the company to pay your billThey don't always answer the phone and we have had to call back for days in a row in order to speak to someone to pay our billSince this turned into a hassle, I enrolled in their auto pay systemWe received a new card at one point and I forgot to call and update our account informationInstead of receiving a bill from Dahill or a notice letting us know our payment had been declined, they waited months and emailed a bill of almost $2,We paid the bill, set up auto pay again and moved on In September, we ran into an issue with one of our printersWhen Dahill came out to sign us up, they prided themselves on minimal down time for companiesIf you ran into an issue, usually someone would be out within hours to fix the down printerWE called the service department and they assured us someone would come out the next dayNo one showed, so we called the tech and he said he would be out first thing the next morningHe arrived, looked at the printer and said he would be backHe didn't come back so we called the service department to see what was going onThey explained that a part needed to be ordered inWe waited business days for new parts for our broken printer to arriveFinally a tech came back to fix it and noticed that the toner was lowThe tech told us that they would put an order in for new toner and it would arrive within a few daysShe didn't put the order in, we had to call Dahill to get more toner and when it arrived, the toner was not compatible with the printerWe called Dahill once again and they explained that our printers were so old that someone would need to come out and install a some sort of conversion so that our printers would accept the new toner cartridgesAt this point, it had been weeks since our printer had worked so we went out and purchased our own printers for our store We called Dahill and explained the issues we had been dealing with and asked them to close our accountThey said they could not close the account as we had signed a contract with their Dahill program that offers automated toner replenishmentWe asked to see the contract and when they provided it, we had noticed we were paying for the program, but they did not come out and install the meters on the printers for the program, so we were not able to use the program We finally sat down and spoke to our rep at the end of SeptemberShe moved things along to her boss, and it took them until December 15th to come and get their printersWe are still waiting our the last days of our contract as they were still not able to cancel the contract even thought they did not hold up to their end of the contract

Re: Equipment ***, serial number [redacted] , [redacted] ***, Attorney at Law On May 3, our copy machine failed We called Dahill and were informed by the technician who came out that the motherboard was no longer working and parts would be difficult to find The sales representative came to our office and spoke with several employees, asking questions regarding their use of individual printers It was explained to him that it was vital that each paralegal had their own printer He had a "loaner" delivered and despite being told that purchasing a printer/copier and doing away with individual printers would not work for us, he insisted upon attempting to convince us to do away with individual printers, and told me multiple times that this new machine would save us so much on ink that we had been using on individual printers I explained several times why we must have individual printers and that we only needed a relatively simple copy machine The sales representative pers

We were a long-time customer but started running into multiple maintenance issues and repeat slow response times so we decided to cancel our service with DahillOn March 14th I submitted a written cancellation letter because our Dahill account rep said that's what we needed to doAfter submitting the request our account rep said that should take care of our accountWe continued to receive bills after that and brought it up to the rep we were dealing withHe and his "admin" as he stated in an email on 4/12/said that I should only see more billsHere is an excerpt of that email "As per the contract, we require days notice to cancel a service contract According to my admin, you should get two last monthly bills I have copied our regional manager, [redacted] on this email Please feel free to contact [redacted] with further questions about your account." In addition, the bills I was receiving had a toner delivery fee of 7.95...the problem is I no lo

I had a contract with Dahill and another contract piggybacked on by CIT, whereas I had a printer installed in my office on or about February and I personally signed the contract That contract was for years As I am a Dr in a single physician office, my needs are not great for a sophisticated copy machine, I need fax, copy, and print On or about April 14, 2014, someone in my office, without any permission ever given by myself, signed a new contract, for a very upgraded machine Of course the cost was double, and much to my surprise the contract was for years After reshuffling my office staff, and hiring someone to go over my books last year, I found the new contract that had never been signed by myself, for double what my old contract was Additionally, it seemed as though the way the printer was set up, more often than not, it printed color, rather than black and white and my bills were astronomical I have contacted Dahill repeatedly, I have told Dahill I never sign

We had a copy machine lease that was ending March of The machines were returned on our behalf by our new leesse, ***When *** attempted to return the machines one of the two machines had the wrong serial number recorded on file causing for extra paperwork because Dahill had to go back and update the account for something that should have been done years agoThe machine had been swapped out years previous due to an unrepairable machine and account contact at Dahill never bothered to update Wells Fargo with the new number(I blame this on us having different account reps within our contract and no one cared about their customers)Being this was something to their responsibility, we have now been charged $in fees from Wells Fargo due to the late return of the machine and extra assessed property tax because the machine was not returned when it was supposed to beThis is a machine that is not been in our possession since January and think it is beyond unprofessi

I am a sole proprietor located in Kentucky One of Dahill's customers in *** Texas is using my billing address to avoid paying their bill I have contacted Dahill four times regarding this issue including a certified mail letter and they refuse to straighten out the problem and keep sending me the bills for a company in *** Texas

I cancelled my contract with Dahill in July of I returned the equipment that was leased to the Leasing company, and as requested by Dahill, I sent them a copy of my letter of cancellation of services along with the Leasing Company's documents that cancel the LeaseI have received invoices saying that my Company owes for maintenance of this machine after the July dateI have tried numerous times and have talked to various people in customer service and I still do not get a resolutionAll they do is promise a call back and promise to resolve and to this day nothing has happenedThey are saying I owe for maintenance on a machine that I no longer have, and haven't had for over yearsThe customer service people I have spoken with, have made empty promises and nobody seems to want to resolve this very obvious mistake on their part

We signed a contract with Dahill that involves *** Financial Services in September for the rent of digital printing machines D-and the service to machines since we have our own
The machines worked very well the first months, then, we started having problems, so we needed the assistance of a technician almost once or twice a weekIn the last year, the machines have failed so much that we require the technician almost daily and the machines continue to fail
Because we did not receive adequate service from the El Paso branch of Dahill, we called the headquarters in San Antonio and they assigned Mr*** *** to pay attention to our problemIn personal and telephone conversations we had with him in his office in El Paso, he offered to solve the problem, however, there was no effective result
After that, because Mr*** could not attend us personally, we had a conference call with him, from which we sent him the following day the transcript in an email of a

We cancelled our contract with this vendor last year I have continued to receive invoices and past due statements even though I have contacted them numerous times to have the account corrected All of my attempts to have this rectified have not proven successful I received a past due statement again today I need to make sure that this isn't being reported against our credit bureau account and causing adverse credit ratings

We signed a new contract in October 2015, it took until April before the billing began being charged correctly We are still waiting on the credit owed ($1,077.54) to us from the October - April time period
