Physicians Auto Group Values our customers and takes very seriously complaints from customersWe’re very sorry to hear the customer is having issues with the car she purchased Physicians Auto Group provided the customer, at no additional charge, a Limited Warranty in writing that covered the Engine, Transmission and Drivetrain of this 131k mile Saturn Outlook Physicians Auto Group has gladly paid for any issues brought to our attention within the warranty period for the covered components The customer was informed in writing and verbally that this warranty was not “all inclusive” the customer said she understood and signed the warranty documentation Customer also brought to our attention worn, not broken, suspension components As these were not covered components, Dealer, having no obligation to provide for these improvements, and strictly out of Goodwill, offered to pay for half of the bushings Customer declined Customer Also opted to purchase an extended Service ContractOf Service contract options presented covering different levels of components, Customer chose a Middle level service contract to cover some, but not all major repairs Dealer has gone above and beyond the terms of the contract to help this customer Customer has since Notified the Dealer in writing that she does not want Dealers response, she simply wants to file complaints, which is confirmed by Customer Disputed amount of $ Physicians Auto Group has made Multiple goodwill appeasements to no avail

My name is *** *** & I filed a complaint against Physicians Auto Group on September 19, My claim ID is ***.The owner reached out to us after he received our complaintAfter talking with us & our mechanic, they decided to pay for half of the billWe dropped off the brake pads

they are offering no solution. It was stated that "she just wants to complain". No I want my issues heard and taken care of, but it is apparent that this company just wants to sell cars and not stand behind their product or service of selling reliable cars. I purchased a car from Physicians auto group that is about to break down if I don't put at least $1000 auto work. As I stated to the company. They will never receive my business again and it was a mistake ever doing business with them.

I have purchased now 4 vehicles through Physicians Auto Group. Mark was very knowledgeable and made this experience very easy. By far the best out of any dealer period. Not only did he know there product but took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase, so I was able to get what I wanted and saved a ton of money ... THANK YOU!
