Physicians Billing Service

Review: I paid my copay for my date of service of 5/12/2014 on 5/12/2014. I have the cancelled check. I repeatedly every month from 6/2014 called UPMC physician services billing and told them, mailed them, and faxed them this cancelled check. I was still sent to collection in August 2014. They finally removed it out of collections on 9/1/2014 per [redacted] at the collection agency.My acct # at the collection agancy was [redacted]. Phone # to the collection agency is ###-###-####. I am not happy and wanted a mark put against their business record so others can see their work practices.Desired Settlement: A written/formal apology for their error.

Review: I am being charged 15.00 per month for late fees on a bill that I am already having trouble paying. St Margaret claims I made payment arrangements for a bill in august and since I did not have a coupon book I forgot about the payments and now I owe 60.00 on top of my bill. The bill is collections and credit management may be charging me the fee, Im no sure. The lady I spoke with about the fee was getting an attitude with me because I don't know where the fee is coming from. I am paying 10.00 per month with a coupon book to credit management so I don't know who is charging me 15.00 per month, if this acct is in collections why is the hospital charging me a fee??????? Please help me!!!! I am paying my hospital bill and my daughters medical bills and cant afford extra fees. Please help!!
