My name is *** and I am the marketing director for the Injury Referral Center, LLC I am writing this email to you in response to a fax you sent to my office this morning addressed to *** *** I am not sure why it is addressed to *** as he is an outside sales rep
and does not work inside the company nor does he make any phone calls on behalf of the company. I have read this complaint and want to assure you that our company very strictly follows the Ohio Revised Code that pertains to advertising and solicitation This person has listed several names of people and phone numbers in this complaint that do not correspond with our company Of the two names and the two numbers listed, one of each does correspond with our companyWe do place one phone call to people to offer our services We are not affiliated with law firms in any way and do not call on behalf of law firms I believe this person has been contacted by other companies that have nothing to do with our company, and we can not help that I have found the notes on this person and one call was placed and the person told us not to call backIt was placed in our DO NOT CALL file and no further calls were placed It is unfortunate that these people do get numerous phone calls from other agencies, but because we are one of the only transparent companies we are often mistaken to be the only ones making the calls Unfortunately there are many people that are not licensed and bonded that harass people and we are often confused with them We have had to deal with these companies in the past, and the present, and we are working with the Ohio state chiropractic board to resolve these issues We understand these peoples frustration as we are frustrated by it as well *** ***
