Review: on nov.18,2014 I had an appointment at physicians ed center at9am. I was examined by dr. [redacted] . their offer was 100%firmness for 60-90 minutes with their RX. [redacted] the office manager handled the fees his close was that my insurance [redacted] would cover 50-80% 0f the $925.00 cost.the insurance covered zero. I tried the rx without resultand was told to increase dosageto no result. I visited office and was given another rx which did not work, called office and was told to increase dosage. which did not work, I visited office and was told I was not injecting correctly to watch video and use original rx . watched video tried rx on 2 occosians . did not work. called office on 3-23-2015spoke to [redacted] said it was not working wanted ti discuss refund , he said he would speak to office mgr. and get back to me. as of -3-24 2015 7;53PM NO RETURN CALL

On November 18th, 2014 was treated by Dr, [redacted], Mr. [redacted] signed three (3) different documents at his initial visit all indicating that there was no exact science in medicine, and Physicians E.D Center offers no guarantee of my satisfaction in using the medication during [redacted] and has no way to monitor such usage. Physicians E.D Center offers a variety of benefits with our therapy, including Free Examinations. Adjustments and Replacements of medication if needed. Mr. [redacted] signed our Customer Satisfaction Form stating in the 3rd (paragraph understand Medicare does not cover this and that my private or supplemental insurance could possibly reimburse a portion of the cost, but Physicians E.D, Center makes no representations whatsoever as to what portion if any may be covered, and Physicians E.D. makes no promises of any refund.After communicating with Mr. [redacted], he and l agreed upon a $125 refund, however, in an effort to maintain our outstanding customer service record we reached out to Mr. [redacted], after receiving your correspondence, and we decided to move forward with further treatment. Mr. [redacted] agreed to ask of this complaint to be removed and continue on with the therapy.
