Hi,I have looked in the notes on this patient's file The notes do not state that the patient has called us about this date of service, but there were other notes in there where the patient called about other dates of service Had the patient called us about this particular issue we
could have fixed it sooner We are sorry for any issue this patient has had because of this balance and the collection letter We are pulling this back out of collections and writing off the balance The insurance company did not pay and this patient is not responsible for the balance Please know that we are taking care of this today and that she may get one more letter from the collection agency, but that should be the last one Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I hope that this is satisfactory for the patient Thank you
