I am aware of the situation and have been extremely busy with my schedule and businessI apologize for the delay on my side. I do want to reach out to this individual with a monetary amount of 50.00. Not to accept responsibility, but as an act of good faith to remedy this
situation. Where we may or may not have encroached on his yard to remove debris from his neighbors yard As far as the chip dust in the street, when trees are chipped. We can't control the dust created from the reduction of branches into chips. We do strive very hard to clean up after our selves in all aspects (even down to cigarette butts) So, this is very odd that all of these calamities have befallen one NON customer all at once. I am rejecting this response because:
Would you expect any other type of response from a company that does not perform their work at a satisfactory level?They take no responsibility for their actions. They did not respond timely and only make excuses.A quality company would take responsibility for all of their work, even when there are errors made. A quality company would have cleaned up their mess without being asked. A good company would have cleaned up their mess, after I brought it to their attention when they were cutting down trees for the neighbor behind our property A quality company would respond timely if there was a complaint. None of these things occurred.They did not clean the street. They left tree limbs in the street. It was not dust from the wood chipper. It was not even wood chips from the chipper.They left tree limbs in our front and back yard. They did not clean up anything. They take no responsibility for the mess that they left.I find it hard to believe that they could clean up appropriately when they finished cutting down the tree after dusk and were throwing tree limbs into the chipper after dark.It would be interesting to know if OSHA has any authority over this type of business. I can guarantee that they were in violation of safe practices.How could they have cleaned up our yard and the street since it was dark before they finished working?
I would hope that the Revdex.com of Greater Kansas City does post my review for others to review prior to hiring a company to cut down or trim trees
