We saw Dr. Steven W for our son on 12/26/15. The wait was long due to post-holiday business which we do not hold them responsible for being busy. However, they did call back 3 patients that arrived after us before calling us back. This could have been overlooked if our experience in the back room wasnt so terrible. Dr. W was condescending and rude. Our son was being seen for a sore on his tongue, sore throat, and cough. When we tried to ask questions about illness related questions from our internet reading, Dr. W told us he has "special doctor internet" that we regular people dont have access to. In addition, he demanded to know, "Do you want the antibiotic or not? I don't have time for questions; there are 50 people waiting behind you!!" Then we asked for a copy of what was going to be billed to the insurance and they refused saying they didn't know. I am sure if we would have been pay-at-time-of-service patients, they would have come up with some charges...Not at all impressed with this narrow minded and extremely rude physician or the way this clinic is run!! Will not go back as he does not have any kind of bedside manner or compassion for a sick child!!
