Back In Jan, I signed up and then I paid for my blood work and was sent a refund for $of the $Because I wasn't sure I understood how the program works, and now I used the WEAU Half off deals with the hopes that I could get on a program and I was mislead and things have not been working out like I was toldThey won't me get on a different program and I have been told that the shake n bar program are the only one I can be onI told them that I can't stomach the taste of the bars and I would like to try something else, and I was told that there is nothing they can do or will do because I went through WEAU half off dealsI'm just looking for things to be fixed, for them to find a program that works with me

When I began their weight loss program informed them that I have a severe soybean allergy They assured me that let’s try the food and if there were any issue they would refun So I was foulish and paid in fullThis program was for weighing in services and fat reduction procedures I tried the program and became ill from the food, I made them aware of this and to no avail have I received any refund I had to give away what food I purchased and tried to recover even a portion of my payment The offer to have me restart their program but I can’t eat their food which is a requirement, according to their specifications to be successful on their plan I was scammed and they have been unwilling to to give any type of refund I agree that I should pay something for the few visits I had with them but not $

I am writing in response to the complaint ID listed above. This has been an ongoing situation with Ms*** for the last monthsHer complaints are completely unwarranted and untrue. This client purchased our services on 1-20-in the amount of $1926.00. Her signed contract
states that she purchased months (weeks) of weight loss, with the ability to refund in full by the 3rd business day of which it was signedHer 1st day on our program was 1-30-17. It was on this day that she had a general exam with our staff physician to ensure there were no underlying medical conditions that would make her inelligible for the program. At no time during this exam did Ms*** ever discuss a food allergy of any kind to our Dr., or to any other staff member. If she had, we have other food plans she could have chosen from instead of the one she did chooseWe are able to accommodate most medical conditions and food allergies as well.Ms*** came in times in February , time in March and time in April. Each visit, not only had she lost weight, but was happy with her progress and continued to purchase product.April 12th was the last time she came in. She just disappearedWe tried emailing and calling her several times, but never heard back from her. The first time she contacted us was on June 27, leaving a message demanding a refund. I had not heard from her again until September. I am attaching the string of emails that were between Ms*** and myself. I did try to resolve this by offering her the entire program backWe could change her plan to accommodate her soy allergy and I also offered her free product for the entire time(which would have been over $in product.) October 10th, she responded back and said she was not interested. I feel that I have gone above and beyond with trying to resolve this situation. It is quite clear, that Ms*** was not serious about committing to a weight loss program. I certainly only want successful happy clients, however, Ms*** has been so untruthful throughout all of this, and I do not feel that this client deserves any kind of a refund. This is clearly a case of buyers remorse. Please let me know if you need me to provide you with any more documentation, I would be happy to. Thank you for your time in this matter*** *** Business ManagerPhysicians WEIGHT LOSS CentersMall Drive Suite 6Eau Claire WI [email protected]

We received a letter today about the above mentioned claim about a weight loss center in Milwaukee that closed.  We are located on the opposite side of the state in La Crosse and are...

seperately owned and operated from the centers elsewhere.   Physicians WEIGHT Loss is a franchise of the Health Management Group in Akron Ohio.  I would suggest you contact them at [redacted] to see if they have any information as we have no knowledge of the situation or access to the business.  I have also copied the franchisor on this message.

We did receive a call from a customer there which I believe was from the same person you referenced and we told them the same.

If we can be of further help please call our center at [redacted].
Yours in health and wellness,

I writing back to you in response to a complaint that I received from your office in regards to [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] initially signed up for a PWLC program directly with our location in early March. Within the grace period she elected to back out of the program and her fees were...

refunded less the cost of the lab work that was performed. Later in the month [redacted] elected to purchase a coupon for a PWLC program from a third party and would like again to be refunded for her program fees. Unfortunately we are not capable of forcing the third party to refund the costs of the program. I first heard of [redacted] issues on 4/5/16 and sent an email outlining possible remedies later that evening. We have yet to hear a response from Ms. [redacted] but we anticipate coming to a solution that will make her happy.Below is a copy of the email that I sent to my manager with our response to her complaint.  From my understanding this email was forwarded on to [redacted] on 4/6/16. Let me know what the next step I need to make with the Revdex.com.  This is the first complaint I have ever received from the Revdex.com and I'm not sure what steps I need to take on my part.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Back In Jan, I signed up and then I paid for my blood work and was sent a refund for $50.00 of the $100.00 Because I wasn't sure I understood how the program works, and now I used the WEAU Half off deals with the hopes that I could get on a program and I was mislead and things have not been working out like I was told. They won't me get on a different program and I have been told that the shake n bar program are the only one I can be on. I told them that I can't stomach the taste of the bars and I would like to try something else, and I was told that there is nothing they can do or will do because I went through WEAU half off deals. I'm just looking for things to be fixed, for them to find a program that works with me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the service I didn't use and they really need to pull things together and make everyone aware of how the programs work.

Review: I dropped off a letter (April 2) stating that we have relocated to Independence, WI effective immediately. Unfortunately I stated that I would not be able to continue with the program and that I would like to notify you that I wish to cancel my membership. I stated in the letter that per the review of the contract, paragraph 3 indicated that if a client relocates that a reimbursement to the client will be made for the proportional amount. On April 3 around 11 am [redacted] contacted me told me that she can put my account on hold or I can go to the Onalaska location. I stated that it was more than 25 miles. She said that she has lots of people that come from Independence and that she will put my account on hold. I told her that's great for those people but I have so much going on and that I have pink eye, a cold and am losing my voice that I do not have time to deal with this. (She told me very coldly that it was not her problem!) I told her that for being an owner she is not very personable and being in customer service myself that I am appalled how she treats people. She snipped at me when called in (March 27) while on the program and said that I went from 6/8 cans of pop to 2 cold turkey. She's like you're not going to lose any weight. It told her that she told me to start cutting back. She said next week you better be at one then the week after 1/2 then 0. When I commented that I was getting a stomach ache shortly after I eat/drink the shakes she said well that's your body detoxing. And by day 4-5 people feel better and if not I have a flu bug. I said a flu bug one time a day right after I eat your shake/bar? I told her that I followed the program and I was doing well. But had a lot of changes going on and we were not even sure if we'd stay in WI. She said she needed my permanent address, I said I put that at the bottom of the letter. She stated that I moved? I said yes, I was in Independence when we were talking. She was like in the house? I said yes. I told her per the contract that if I move within 25 miles and there is no facility that does the weight lose I can be refund. She asked about my job. She said I moved my furniture? I said my husband was doing that. She kept arguing with me, I told her I wanted my refund as I am so stressed out and have so much going on that I do not have time to argue with her. I got angry and told her that I want my money. She hung up on me. I called back to the business, she did not answer. I contacted a lawyer told him about the contract and he told me that she was being a pain in the A**. I told him that she says that it is not permanent if I didn’t' move my furniture. He laughed and said tell her that she has one week to refund me or I take her to small claims court. I contacted [redacted] back told her I contact a lawyer and that if I don’t' have my refund in a week I will take her to small claims court. My phone disconnected so I called her back, she said she called her cooperate office and they contacted a lawyer too and that if I didn’t' move the furniture I did not permanently move. I told her that again her contract says 25 miles, she said no it doesn't it says 50 miles. I said no it doesn't it says 25 you better read it again and I hung up..Desired Settlement: I would like per the contract: if client relocates more than 25 miles of a center that a reimbursement to the client will be made for the proportional amount

Response:

In regard to your letter about [redacted], I sent her a certified letter at the address where she says she lives and she was not there to pick it up. So her father went to the post office and picked it up two days later. The letter was the one that I fax over to you in regard to her delinquent medical bill for $299.00.
