Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I fully standby the description and comments outlined in the original complaint filedPhysique Kitchen acted in a both unprofessional and immature manner when addressed with issues surrounding the initial agreement made in July, as well as the time leading up to the filed complaint on 08/The decision of the CEO's to deposit a check that had been "destroyed" according to owner Nate S [redacted] , was both illegal and a poor business practiceThe agreement made after Physique Kitchen refused to follow through on their end of the initial services outlined, was that I was to provide a cashiers check to them upon delivery of my mealsThe meals were never delivered to me as promised, therefore I awaited a time for PK to drop off my food and in turn, hand over the $for services renderedAs outlined in email conversations and texts, Nate S [redacted] and I agreed to these terms and Nate stated that the check I had written at the time of signup had been" destroyed and was no longer in his possession." I am more that happy to provide supporting documentation of these conversations if neededHe lied and decided to deposit this check nearly a month later after he and his team refused to follow through on the amended agreementI contacted both Nate S [redacted] and Matt P [redacted] following the deposit of this check and was refused compromise or a solution from eitherIt was only after I suggested legal action may be taken and complaints filed if they refused to come to a resolution, did Nate give any indication that I would be reimbursedInstead of delivering my food or money owed to me as he had promised, I was forced to take more time out of my schedule to drive minutes to their office in hopes of coming to a resolution the next dayNeither Nate or Matt would respond to me with a time I could meet them, if my reimbursement would be in certified funds, or if my food would be presentUpon arrival- I was able to speak to an attendant at the front desk that passed me a bag of over week old rotten food, and an envelope of cash that included $(I was still paying for the spoiled food they failed to deliver.) The fact that Physique Kitchen feels this is a productive and respectable way to do business, is disgracefulAfter everything, I was out so much time as well as the money that I was not reimbursed for the weeks food I was forced to pick up instead of it being delivered as promised, and made to pay for even though it was rotten and putrid when I received itIf PK feels they were owed for the second week worth of food (meals) they should have delivered it in a timely mannerIt is irresponsible of a business and these individuals to behave in such a manner and continue to conduct themselves in this wayThe original complaint outlines issues with both unauthorized funds taken as well as poor business practicesThe CEO's of this company clearly do not take action to resolve matters or take responsibility for their behavior unless forced to do soMy filed complaint is valid and I do not feel that this company should be allowed to dodge taking responsibility for their conduct [redacted] ***

The agreement was that she pay for the 2 weeks worth of meals and that is what was deducted from the $700 and the remainder of $450 was returned to her on Aug...

The decision of the CEO's to deposit a check that had been "destroyed" according to owner Nate S[redacted], was both illegal and a poor business practice. The agreement made after Physique Kitchen refused to follow through on their end of the initial services outlined, was that I was to provide a cashiers check to them upon delivery of my 15 meals. The meals were never delivered to me as promised, therefore I awaited a time for PK to drop off my food and in turn, hand over the $250 for services rendered. As outlined in email conversations and texts, Nate S[redacted] and I agreed to these terms and Nate stated that the check I had written at the time of signup had been" destroyed and was no longer in his possession." If PK feels they were owed for the second week worth of food (15 meals) they should have delivered it in a timely manner. It is irresponsible of a business and these individuals to behave in such a manner and continue to conduct themselves in this way.
