After reviewing this case, I show that the customer has sent request to Press+ Customer Care which were replied to with directions on how to sign into his Press+ account and trouble shooting methods.   Also, we show that he asked about how to sign in to his "E-edition" but his Press+...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been *resolved. I thank the Revdex.com and Piano / Press+ for the resolve of this issue and hope that your customer service dept. could be better in layman's terms, helping a consumer with mere technical issues on part of misunderstanding a product and the way it works. I apologize if I'm at fault here but I don't think I had the proper response regarding my issue and upon checking my account from which the funds were withdrawn for the service, the funds have not been credited back into my account. I trust that they will be soon.*After My Funds are Back Into My Account, we are all done here.
