I am rejecting this response because:We have tried to come to some resolve with MrT*** but you have the promissory note in your possession and from it you can see that he didn't have any time line, interest rate or payment schedule to repay this money, which he has admitted to taking, with his comments in all his literatureWhy is it that I'am responsible for making arrangements for repayment when he has stole the funds, admitting this fact I'am left holding the bag from this person, living in the basement, with having to find additional moneys to complete this job and find that Revdex.com is only there to help him escape with this crime If he wants to contract me with a legit arrangement then we could resolve this issue.

As Previously Stated - This issue will not be dealt with in this type of forumThe Complainant was provided an option to resolve this issue and they chose to have a/their lawyer send a demand letter to the law firm that (at the time) represented Cedar Creek Project ManagementThey also chose to
contact the Revdex.com, that was their decision to do soFrom the moment that Cedar Creek addressed the situation with the Complainant have been willing to talk and discuss the situation and to work at resolving the issue until Wednesday January 25, when the Complainant sent an email that included the following statement: "We have turned everything over to our lawyers and they will be handling all communication with you or your lawyer", so why would I engage them in this type of forum when they specifically told me that "their lawyers" will be in contact with me or my lawyer? For the Complainants information:From the Revdex.com's own website: Revdex.com is not an enforcement agency. We cannot command a business to comply with a consumer complaint nor can we force a consumer to accept what a business may offer in terms of resolutionOur job is to get the two parties to the table to try and reach an amicable solutionIt is very possible a consumer or business may still be unhappy with the result at which point they need to decide if further steps are necessaryIf litigation is started, Revdex.com would no longer be involvedHowever, even if a company faces litigation it will have little impact on their Revdex.com ratingAs far as we are concerned the company made a good faith effort to resolve the issue. Revdex.com does not enforce ad reviewsAn ad review is done to correct or misleading advertisingWe can ask a business to change their advertising to bring it into compliance with the Revdex.com Code of Advertising but we can't force them to make that changeThat said, a Revdex.com Accredited Business is obligated to make changes if asked or they stand to lose their Accreditation
