Their Statement: MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: After reviewing this case, I show that the customer has sent request to Press+ Customer Care which were replied to with directions on how to sign into his Press+ account and trouble shooting methods Also, we show that he asked about how to sign in to his "E-edition" but his Press+ account information did not grant him access Though Press+ works with the newspaper to grant access to individual articles, the E-edition (a digital copy of the newspaper) is not included in this subscription and requires a separate subscription from the newspaper that is not managed by Press+ Each subscription does not grant access to the otherWe have cancelled the user's subscription as per his request and refunded back all the charges to this accountIf you have any further questions, please email me directly at [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
