An Orvis representative contacted me via phone about an hour ago and apologized for what occurred, said she has refunded my money and will be sending me a gift card, and, most importantly, will
see to it that company associates will advise *** customers ordering a product over the phone when said product cannot be shipped here &/or a different item will be substituted for *** buyers.If what was stated turns out to be the case, I will consider the problem rectified Will let you know if/when that is so.Thank you very much for your assistance

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

On 4/03/2017, The Orvis Company responded to Mr. [redacted]. We have made note that we will be mailing him a duplicate refund check for the belts on good faith. Attached with this check will be a letter regarding the situation.

Hello, Prior to Mr. [redacted] placing his recent order we had communicated that we have discontinued our relationship with him. This was due to frequent and repetitive refunding/customer service issues with his orders. We found it in the best interest of both parties if we no longer carried on...
