Pic A Pet

On November 15th a family friend purchaced a kitten for my daugthers birthday from pic a pet in menomonie wi. Approximatly a week later I found what I suspected to be ringworm on the cat, I notified the owner of pic a pet to let her know and she told me she would be happt to take my cat to her vet although I was not allowed at the vet visi. That made my family and I a little uncomforable so I told her that I would be taking him to my own vet. She then never retured my phone calls. The ringwrom test/culture takes two weeks to be completed. I was informed by Brakken vet. clinic that my pet was positve for ringworm. I made several attempts to contact the buisness to let them know and try and work something out, I finally was able to contact her two weeks later at that point I was requesting her to reimburse me 50% of the vet bill for the infected kitten only as I had to get my dog and four other cats tested as well they all came back negative except for the animal purchased from her store. She told me no that the cat was not the carrier and it had nothing to do with her, but she would be happy to give me a bag of cat food.
