Date: Wed, Nov 9, at 3:PMSubject: RE: My E-mail AddressTo: [redacted] < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org> [redacted] of Revdex.comId #: [redacted] Response I just spoke with you on the phone an gave an incorrect response [redacted] come by about or days after we received the complaint, to get her personal itemsWe told her we would get her items for her we just need the title and keys to the vehicleShe indicated that she did not have a titleWe told her she could go to MVA and apply for a duplicate titleWe told her how to go about doing so and told her what information she would needShe indicated she was going to get the title, however she state that she would never give us the keys and then she left and we have not seen her sinceI am sorry that I indicated differently over the phone, I was present when she showed up and started talking to the owner, after which I walked away thought the problem was solvedI assumed she came to get her personal items out of the vehicle and she knew that she had to bring the keys and title in to do soHowever when I was on the phone with you the owner of the business was in the room and told me she never came back after I hung up with you so Iam very sorry for thatTo address the rest of the complaint: Vernon no longer works with us so I cannot speak for himWhat I do know is that the vehicle’s inspection was not completely done when she put her money down she was told this before the down-payment was takenShe put the money down anyway on 03/19/she did not sign her contract until everything was completed on 03/30/her first payment was not until 04/04/she did not make that payment until 04/21/after we sent her an intent to repossess she continued to stay late on her payments until she brought the vehicle in for service on or about 05/3/at which time she had the alternator replace we had to store the vehicle for a while because she did not have the funds to do the replacement while the vehicle was here she also did not make a payment on the account so the account got severely behind and the insurance was cancelled so before she could get the vehicle back she had to bring it current and get the required insurance On 06/06/she paid the last of what was past due and got the need insurance and got the vehicle backShe continued to make her payments she did pay slowShe made no complaints about the vehicle as far as we knew everything was okayAnd just like any other finance company out there if you make your payments and pay them on time maintain the need insurance you do not here from usHowever on 09/19/we sent her an intent to repossess she made a promise to pay and did not follow through with itOn 10/08/we set the account up for repossess we have followed the laws of repossession and if a payment agreement is not made on the balance after auction then the account is sent to our attorneyShe is writing you this complaints because she failed to make her payments and we had to repossess the vehicle Catheryn G

On or about 06/17/17, *** *** called stated the vehicle need to be towed the owner Jesse G*** returned her callWhen MrG*** asked her he need the address to pick the car up however she did not provide him with the addressShe did call a few other times from the first call date to the date she brought the vehicle in on a tow truck stating the same that the vehicle need to be towed again each time she did not proved an address. On 06/23/our office sent her an intent to repossess giving her days to bring her account currentOur office also tried calling several times after the first returned call from MrG***, we never did get an answer on her listed number and you could not leave a messageVehicle went up for repossession on 07/02/2017, however we were unable to locate the vehicle.When *** *** brought the vehicle in on 07/28/by tow truck the vehicle was place under repossession immediately due to know payment We followed the laws laid out for repossessing a vehicle and laws after repossessingI’ve attached the documents she signed before she took the vehicle off the lot and the letters we sent after the repossessionIf you have any more questions feel free to call our office at ###-###-#### Thank You, Catheryn G

I just bought a Jeep from Pic & Pay auto and I LOVE it. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door, The staff there is great I have told everyone I know to go to Pic & Pay the owners are great people and will treat you like a friend.

Review: these people sold me a car that so called passed inspections but it really did notDesired Settlement: get my refund and help close down this business

I [redacted] have spoke to [redacted] he states he has never made a complaint and is very happy with both the car and the service he has received from us at Pic & Pay. I am rejecting this response because: I received a bad car that they told me was good. I have been fixing the car since I brought it on April 25, 2013. The car have almost brand new parts on the car. They told me everything was good and its not. We took it to them to fix the door ajar light and all they did was cut it and the reason I know this is when you turn the car on that light does not come on the the fuse is good which means they cut the wire. This is not they only thing they have done. they are a very shady business.

August 1, 2013 [redacted] is not the person who owns this vehicle, this account is not in his name, and I feel this is in violation of the Maryland Privacy Laws. The person who bought this vehicle signed the contract and warranty disclosures. We will fax the warranty disclosure to the Revdex.com only if I receive written permission from the owner. In response to the door ajar light, we had to replace all the door actuators which houses the door ajar sensors for each door. The owner of the vehicle had to come back twice to do the replacement of the actuators because the first ones we order were for a different production date. When we got the right ones in we brought the owner back and replaced them. When the service writer brought the vehicle around he showed the owner that the light was not on when the doors were closed but did come on when the door/doors were open. I have my receipts for the purchase of the actuators, and the receipt of the work order provide for the mechanic toperform the work. At the time of sale the vehicle left our lot in good working order other then the items we listed on the we owe which is mentioned above. The vehicle is an older model vehicle and used, the item within the vehicle are used they do not last forever, it will need maintenance, like any used vehicle, I did notguarantee that the vehicle would not need maintenance from time to time. We do not do our own inspection we use local inspection stations we repair what they fail, and send it back so they can inspect those repair. We have not been deceptive by any means, everything we do and offer is in black and white.
