I have not received my daughter's newborn photos, despite collection of payment in the hospital. Calls and emails are not being returned My daughter was born 7-16-15, and we had her newborn pictures taken in [redacted] by Picaboo Pics, who is contracted through the hospital. They collected our [redacted] credit card payment in the hospital and the representative said to expect our photos via mail within 2 weeks (order XXXXX, last name [redacted]) After two weeks, I began to call/email/use the form on Picaboo Pics website to inquire about our photos or tracking information. My phone calls and website contact have not been responded to, and my email correspondences are all returned, stating the provided email address is undeliverable. I have contacted [redacted] in attempts to speak to a Picaboo Pics representative, but they have referred me to the phone and email which I have already attempted to contactDesired SettlementI would like the newborn photos I purchased of my daughter, which was package A, pose [redacted] in color. I'm not asking or wanting anything other than the service I paid for and customer service that responds to inquires regarding their product/serviceFinal Consumer Response My complaint against Picaboo Pics has been resolved.
