350ZX After rotating the tires, the customer felt a vibration when driving the car, and returned on Monday, Mar.2, One of our tire techs balanced all four tires and found that the two front rims were bentThe customer was then made aware of this, and I also explained that when there is a tire out of balance or a bent rim on the rear of a vehicle, a vibration would sometimes not be as defined as when they are put on front.As far as anything missing from the car, we watched the video tapes (we have been very busy and I didn't get to watch the tapes right away) and saw no indication of anything being removedOur office personnel have tried to communicate with the customer to ensure that the work had been done and have received no response.We will be more than happy to rotate the tires(at no charge to the customer), so as to put the bent rims back on the rear of the car.We regret that this situation has escalated to this point.Thank You,***

I am rejecting this response because: the business was contact after 2nd time dealing with tire issues and they wanted to charge again.  I have already taken the car to another tire place and had it done right
