Dear Revdex.com, the following case # 12541202-*** *** regarding the charge of $to Mastercard ending in transaction date 11/30/, for the charge of a NO SHOW for a hotel reservationThe guest reserved a room via Booking.com website on Nov 21, for arrival on 11/30/see attached
reservation confirmation detailing the guest reservation under the name of *** ***, using MC ending in expdate of 10/21, The documents also includes our cancellation policy which states if cancelled, modified or no show, the total price of nights room and taxes will be chargedhave included in this fax a copy of the hotel folio showing the no show chargeI have reached out to Booking.com and asked to research this reservation and they have responded back as well stating that the guest has a history of booking and cancelling and they believe that the charge should stand, I have attached the email correspondenceI have read the guest response and we believe that the guest DID NOT follow up with her bank and or hotelThe process for when a guest would like to dispute a charge that was used with a Credit Card/Debit card, typically is as follows_Guest will call bank and request to dispute a chargeIf the bank believes that enough evidence is given to issue a dispute they will send a Chargeback to hotelOnce chargeback is issued and received by hotel, the investigation will beginThe guest states that "perhaps someone copied her information from her card", if that was the case how would we have her correct telephone number of ###-###-####If a guest would call hotel and ask to speak to a Manager regarding a dispute or erroneous charge they would be directed to the front office manager or myself and or at least demand to speak with a managerI have no record that Mspaulson ever contacted the hotel then or as of December 29, 2017.The Charge will stand of $91.17Please call em direct with questions at ###-###-####Thank You *** ***

Since then, my bank came to the conclusion that YOU are the liars, and they already credited the funds bank to my account. Several weeks ago now. So you don’t owe me any money, you owe Kinecta Federal Credit Union. They saw right through your nonsense and they did the right thing. You should follow their example.Anyway, I’m off to Yelp!
