Mr. [redacted] came to my shop Aby Auto located at 5511 Glenmont to replace a new A/C condenser on his 2015...

[redacted] on March 29, 2017. He came in the morning at around 10:00 am and he returned in the evening to pick it up. He paid the amount of $480.00 dollars.  I did not hear again from Mr. [redacted] until approximately May 22 or 23 of 2017. He claimed that the work that was performed at the shop was done incorrectly and that this transmission failed due to loose or missing parts. He did not show me any repairs done elsewhere, but he did say that he had gone to another repair facility and the dealer. I asked him the reason for not coming back if he noticed there was a problem with the work performed at my location. He said that if we did not reach an agreement I would have to speak to his lawyer. I don't feel responsible for any loss Mr. [redacted] may have had because he did not make me aware that there was one. When I repaired his vehicle and he would  have actually noticed it not running right or any light indication he could have returned to me and I would have helped him. I don't believe that after paying a considerable amount of money he would not have returned to check any problems with his vehicle. I only have the receipt that I gave him and he has the same copy. He did not show me any paperwork that would indicate that he had a problem with his transmission in his vehicle after taking it from my facility. Thank you, Carlos [redacted] Aby Auto Owner

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I took the car straight to dealership because it was under warranty but after they inspected they wouldn't reappear it because someone didn't do their jobs right. I have been contacting Mr Carlos since then, if he want me to bring the car or if he want to come and see it, I even send him a video of the problem. But all I got from him was (there's nothing to do with me).
