Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It is completely innacurate As stated in my initial complaint
report, Sohail (who refused to provide his last name) confirmed that a message regarding the necessary steps to set up data services were sent to ONLY the primary email on the account, which was my daughters He acknowledged that, while other messages were sent to both my daughter's email account, and my email account, the ONLY message detailing the configuration requirements for data services was sent to only my daughter's email address
While this may seem to be a minor issue, it is the heart of the unacceptable service provided by Piccell Specifically, since on the day that Piccell sent the email ONLY to my daughter's email account, she was already traveling in Italy However, her only access to data services would have been through the very data plan that she could not use, as Piccell had never sent any message indicating that a configuration change was required on the phone she was using Piccell was charging us for the use of their data services when they sent their message, thus they are implicitly agreeing that we have purchased and are entintled to use said services on that date
In reviewing our most current bill from Piccell Wireless, I would like to ammend my prior request, to now include the $in data roaming services that we have been charged because of their error in failure to inform us in how to configure the SIM card that they had provided, and we had paid for, to use data services
Thank you for your attention to this matter I will, of course, be informing the two Universities that had recommended Piccell as a reliable service provider, to let them know of my frustrations
