To respond to this complaint....This was the 2nd time this customer used us. The 1st time, I gave her $25 off because the guys were a little late. This time, there was a tv left on the truck. It was an old 19 inch tube tv. We meant to get it back the day after the move, but the guys were working...

until 10pm. They had an almost 3 hour rain delay. The very next day, the customer went away, and we couldnt get it back to her until she returned. It says in her complaint that she was going away. It wasnt like she left because she didnt have her tube tv. The $52 is a bookinf fee, charged to all clients. The same fee was charged to her the 1st time she used us. I sent her an email with the receipt stating that it was a booking fee. Thank you.

As I stated, I've only sent one check. He informed me that he didn't receive it, while I was in Florida on vacation. I explained to him that when I got back, I'd send...

another check. Before I even got back, he filed this complaint. Also, I have the calls recorded from all of our discussions. I'm happy to resend the check for $100. If that's what he wants still, please let me know. Thanks.

Most, if not all of this complaint is false. Please let me know what my next step should be to rectify this situation. Thank you.

There was no set price, as this customer was being charged hourly. Her price was dependent on how much she wanted us to do. I can send a copy of the receipt, stating it was a booking fee, to whoever wants it. Also, not that this was brought up in this 2nd complaint, but the reason her box spring wasn't brought upstairs was because it wouldn't fit. I also have phone records. They clearly show my foreman [redacted] calling her multiple times in a 2 day span. I am on vacation until next week. If you need anything, I will be able to get it to whoever wants it once I'm back. Thanks

During this move, we advised this client that some of her pieces would not go where she wanted them to go safely.  There were some tight hallways and narrow stairways.  She told us that she didn't care about some minor damage, but we had to get her pieces whee she needed them to be....

We advised against it, but she wanted it done.  After the move, she walked around the house with the foreman to make sure everything was done to her satisfaction, and she even signed the paper stating that she had done that.  After a few days, she called me and said there was some damage.  Keep in mind that she had walked through the entire house with my foreman and there was no damage at that point.  But because I am a nice guy, I wanted to help.  I told her I had a friend that did hardwood floors and I can probably get him to give her a good price.  I never said I would pay for it.She proceeded to email and call me excessively over a 2 day period, at which point I politely asked her to give me a few days to get in touch with my friend.  She continued to call and expected him to come immediately.  I informed her that he is very busy and he would get back to her within a week.  She didnt like that answer.

Buyers BEWARE!! Jeff Piccolo comes off very professional; however, he never answers his phone - always calls back. We had Piccolo's move some furniture in August. During the move the movers damaged the wall going up the stair case - they pointed this out right away. Since they seemed sincere we ended up telling Jeff to give us a $50 credit and we would take care of the repairs. That part went well - the crew was courteous and appreciative of the tip we gave them.
After they left we discovered damage to or leather love seat. We immediately contacted Jeff - he told us to send him some pictures. Based on the photos we sent Jeff told us to obtain a quote for a repair. I asked Jeff about his insurance and he stated that he has a $1000 deductible so he would most likely not submit it to his insurance. We received an estimate of $1200, after many emails, phone calls, message left, etc... Jeff got back to us and wanted to get a second opinion, we agreed. At this point the return emails and phone calls from Jeff were few and far between - although several times he stated he is a man of his word and since "this isn't life or death - what's the rush", I am on vacation, etc... After more weeks went by we contacted our lawyer who sent Jeff an email correspondence - no one seems to know his address. After a week Jeff emailed to say that he had a death in the family and he would be in touch - never heard from him again. Unfortunately our lawyer recommended we do not waste our money in small claims court because while we would certainly win the claim (we have all of the emails and voice messages from Jeff) - in all likely hood based on the actions to date - we would never receive any money. When searching for a mover we saw negative and positive reviews about Piccolos - the reason being - if nothing goes wrong and there is no damage it’s a positive experience. We experienced what the other negative reviews stated - we had issues and Piccolo never resolved them. Do not be fooled like I was.

We were extremely pleased with this moving company. We have moved a number of times with various results from moving companies. There are several reasons we would (and have) recommended Piccolo's. First and over the phone quote was quite helpful. The result (due to my over estimate of the amount to be moved) was a bill below the quoted amount. But more importantly, the movers called as they were on the way and arrived when agreed upon. They worked quickly, professionally and treated our furniture as though it was their own. The crew that did the work was polite and willing to answer any questions we had. They packed, unpacked, reassembled and placed our furniture exactly where we wanted. In one case I had miscalculated the size of one of the rooms and we needed to change the furniture configuration - they did this willingly and did not make me feel as though I was imposing upon them.
All in all, we were so pleased that we have just booked them for our next move which will be in a couple of months. We most definitely recommend this company!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. He operates it with no true physical address to even track him down! HE OPERATES WITH NO REAL ADDRESS: HE IS NOT LICENSED WITH THE STATE. HIS TRUCKS HAVE NO MARKINGS; HIS DOCUMENTS NO LICENSE NUMBER. THE STATE HAS GONE TO GREAT LEGTHS EDUCATING US TO ONLY HIRE A LICENSED CONTRACTOR ASSURING YOU THEY ARE PROPERLY INSURED - WHY RISK IT. Check his web site, no address. Search internet, just Bull Rd with no street number or zip code. If his business forms and card still list 2572 Eastwood Drive York 17402 it is not his address.
This man's crew did extensive damage to a commercial style lawn mower when supervisor "Bob" drove it off the truck lift from 4-5 feet in the air. Will not release insurance info or pay for damage. All employees are contracted per job.
Rainy day move, Jeff assured us they would cover and wrap everything. Upholstered furniture was not covered and saturated.
