I purchased a product from Dave S*** Paddlesports AKA North Fork Outdoors on June 18th I received no receipt, no email, or no communication from seller in over a week other than email from paypal that they received payment and billed my credit card I called North Fork Outdoors, and actually spoke with Dave S*** himself on 06/22/ He stated that he would need to look the order up, and would call me right back I received no call back The very next day I forwarded the email I received from paypal showing my purchase from North Fork Outdoors to Dave S*** I received no response to that email I waited approximately four more days then called and left two messages at Dave S*** Paddlesports (North Fork Outdoors) to please contact me ASAP to arrange a refund or please give me a tracking number that product was on it's way Still no call back or response from seller I then sent a last and final email on 06/29/informing seller that I intended on contacting the Revdex.com

The xtc2f raft that I ordered got a hole in the side tube the second time I used it (very light use) and the other side tube has a slow leakIt took monthes and a lot of phone calls to receive all the parts to this raft and system that I purchased

On 4/4/I & another friend negotiated a price for the purchase of two separate “one-man” pontoon boats, Model Switch Blade at a substantially lower price than their on-line “sales price”We both received our boats approximately weeks laterUpon opening the container I found the frame to be a different color then displayed on their on-line advertising video, rubber end caps for the frame were missing and cheaper oars were provided then portrayed in videoNo other equipment list was provided as other straightforward companies doMore importantly, I discover one of their glstrap holder patches was already peeling which leads me to believe that they lacked quality control and/or inferior glue was usedThese patches are used to secure the frame to the pontoonsLast but not least the two forward strap holder patch holders that are used to secure the pontoons to the frame were relocated toward the rear approximately two feet which would create a very unstable situation w

The purpose of this letter is to get a refund on my shipping costs per UPS Dave makes a very good product but does not provide any communication with me as a customer I never get any return calls or emails When I first bought the boat he said I would have it by a certain day I never got a UPS track number As I was waiting for it to be delivered it was never mailed until the date he said I would get it by, shipping it to me a week late After calling and telling him I need a track number, he finally gave me one I called UPS and they said it was lost in the Salida Office They finally delivered it to my home UPS said I could get a refund but need to go through North Fork Outfitters since I paid him for shipping I never get a return call from Dave I did make a call and he answered and I asked him about it and still never heard anything more Dave says he is busy but I feel that is an excuse for not providing service Dave you make a good product and as a customer ask
