Review: On Aug 17 2013 I ordered some lockects and charms online fron this company Order#[redacted] for $53.03 the money was pulled from my bank on 8/19/13. I was told they would ship in 48 hours I have just to get my order. I have called and left 2-3 messages, emailed them and yet no response from them. it has been 16 days I want answers. I would like to get the tings I ordered or get my money back. This company should be marked as a fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and to see this company flagged as a fraud or shut down all together.

We have been experiencing issues with our system with getting out orders sent to our email. I am mailing this out today as well as offering a free photo charm a $20 value due to an error on our part. This is not the way we run our business. all orders are ususally shipped within 48 hours unless there is a problem and we do notify our customers
