My response is as follows;Firstly, I texted [redacted] the complete address of my Tree Farm, well in advance, for her to GPS & look up on a map if need be. I even offered to speak with her via cell phone as she approached my property to ensure she could not possibly get lost. However, while...

politely trying to guide her to my driveway via phone she was incapable of following the simplest directions despite driving at only 15 mph with my pointing out obvious landmarks! She passed my driveway and mail boxes no less than 3 times, the first customer, of 1,000s, to ever have such difficulties given their simplicity. I eventually had to shut down my watering operations and drive out and find her and have her follow me into my farm.Surprisingly [redacted] is unaware that farms have insect and weeds? Especially when they are operated as Organically as possible! Her complete ignorance concerning horticultural practices is clearly evident in her litany of false libelous statements concerning the condition of my plants, trees and shrubs as well as my facility! Which are obviously too irrational to warrant item by item responses! If she continues with these blatant misrepresentations I will have no choice but to pursue legal recourse!In reality, the facts are that [redacted], her own landscaper, recommended me to her as he had just helped other extremely satisfied customers purchase nearly $1,800 worth of trees, plants and shrubs. Whereupon he repeatedly stated to them and myself that he had never seen such high quality materials anywhere in las Cruces in all his years of landscaping!I also work directly with the other Nurseries in town, and across the State, and often trade plants and referrals when appropriate and have unquestionably earned their respect and patronage alike. Contrary to her emotionally based fabrications!I treated her with all due respect and for over an hour I answered her endless myriad of questions, including my guarantee, politely and professionally, having to constantly repeat myself as she seemed unable to retain even the most basic information I shared with her while taking into account the photos of her yard that she brought as references. She should be thankful I did not charge her my normal Landscape Design Consultation fee of $100/hr! [redacted] then proceeded freely to "personally Hand Pick" her Locust, Peach tree and Vitex {which I flagged and reserved for her} agreeing to my discounted prices and said she'd have [redacted] come pick them up in a few days with his truck and her cash payment. I also offered, and subsequently provided, her $75 worth of free soil for planting and berm construction as a gesture of good will and appreciation for her patronage which she also conveniently fails to mention.[redacted] did arrive and help me prepare and load her personal selections while agreeing they too were great choices and that he'd be using me again in the future due to my quality and pricing! He then proceeded to her house and installed all of the above trees into the holes he prepared with her oversight.The following day she sent me a flurry of insulting abusive texts demanding that I come and uproot and remove my trees with a full refund, despite the fact that she'd overseen that they'd been professionally inspected, delivered and planted by [redacted].In closing, she and I agree on just one thing. I too wish to have no further contact of any kind with her and her complete misrepresentation of the Truth!Respectfully yours,Stephen
