Review: I had my home exterior painting done by Pichler painting 2 years back. Last year half of the house had to be repainted due to extensive peeling (within just 1 year), showing the poor quality of work done. This took multiple phone calls and e-mails on my behalf and even then there was no walk through post completion of the work. My repeated calls went unanswered.

A year later (less than 2 years from the initial work), I again noticed peeling in some areas. After multiple calls and e-mail, I was finally told by Pichler painting back in end of May that the work would be completed in a couple of weeks. Not only has this not been done, but there has been no response whatsoever to be subsequent e-mail and calls. Now with the painting season near its end, I fear that this will never be done by the company.

I am appalled by the unprofessional attitude and poor customer service of Pichler painting, and hope that they will fix the painting work for my house.Desired Settlement: Contact us in 1 week to schedule and fix the painting work for our house.

Pichler Painting has been in touch with [redacted] on an ongoing basis and have done the repairs many times over the past two years. The peeling areas have been repaired. PichLer Painting will also service the failing paint during the 2016 season. It is my opinion that the next time this house is painted that about 75% of the paint currently on the house will need to be removed. We also had [redacted] take a look at the peeling exterior. I have included a copy of their findings.We would like to get this issue resolved.

Review: Two years ago Pichler Painting painted the exterior of our house. The contract states that if there is peeling within 2 years, they will return to repair the peeling paint areas. I called several weeks ago informing them that we had peeling paint. They indicated I would be getting a call from their scheduler to come out and inspect the peeling paint areas. I have not received a call from their scheduler. I have left several follow-up calls and sent an e-mail. I have not received any response from the company. I know this is a busy time for all painting companies. However, they have not made any effort to come out and inspect the peeling paint.Desired Settlement: contact me to schedule a time to get peeling paint repaired within the next 10 business days.

Review: I have called over a dozen times to get the warranty touch up painting done and I rarely receive a call back. This has been going on since may of 2014 and when I am told someone would come and I take the time off to be there, no one shows up. Completely unproffesional.Desired Settlement: I want Pichler to honor the warranty for the time frame promised and get the work done or otherwise refund 20% of contracted price and I will work with another painter.

Review: I had contracted Pichler Painting for painting the outside of my house. This also involved minor carpentary repair work of the siding. After initial assessment, the carpenter quoted the cost of materials as about $40-$45. However in the final bill the material cost was listed as around $115 (in addition to the labor charges). I paid them along with the other painting charges with the understanding that I would receive an explaination of these charges. Again after subsequent calls, I was told that I would receive the itemized billing for the materials. This was about 3 weeks back, but inspite of subsequent phone calls and e-mail, I have not received any response.Desired Settlement: Reslution of the above issue.
