Refund PolicyI have always had good service from this company and the employees are
very helpful. My only complaint is with the return policy. I purchased parts for repairs on a Nissan Maxima 3 days ago and found I did not need several items. The parts counter person accepted the returns but could not reimburse the amount to my credit card due to company policy. I do not blame the employee but believe the policy needs to be changed. Especially when it involves a credit card purchase. I have no idea when I will use the in store credit but I will have to pay off the credit card charge in 30 days or accumulate interest charges. They are holding my money with no direct benefit to me. In fact it could cost me if I am unable to make full payment to the credit card company within the 30 day grace period. This policy is just wrong. A simple reverse transaction credit takes less than two minutes and does not require extra cash on hand.
