Review: When we called the company they said it was going to be $50 to repair our lock. When the technician came he said it was going to be well over a hundred dollars because we had a "difficult lock". We were quoted a standard price and then invoiced another price. Companies cannot just make up an amount based on the difficulty of the situation! You need to let your customers know how much you will be charging prior to providing services.Desired Settlement: We would like all amount over $50 paid back to us.

Review: Contractor failed to complete job. I contacted the business numerous times to return back but failed to do so. Asked to speak to the owner of the business and employee refused to give me contact information or would not have owner return phone message. Horrible customer service, lack of communication from all employees. Very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like for the business to come back and correct the issues. If not, I need to get refund.
