All of my statements have been trueI have tremendous respect for anyone that has served our countryI am not questioning [redacted] 's disability, I'm asking, how did he pull out post that were cemented in ground? I would like for this matter to go into arbitration with the Revdex.com

I, John P [redacted] , was hired to install ftof dog ear privacy fence as stated in the contractWe never guarantee a install date because we can not predict the weather We were up against cold, snow and rainThe ground can not be frozen or extremely wetMyself (John P [redacted] ) my son Ryan P [redacted] and his helper Brittney P [redacted] showed up to set post at [redacted] Once I arrived Ryan had walked the new layout with *** girlfriendShe then called *** to confirm the layout with him, he asked to go over the layout with meI walked the layout with the girlfriend spray painting where the fence would be built while on the phone with *** The girlfriend signed off on the contract of the new layout and footage that was now ft There were post set feet apart which equals feetThere are two gates so that’s why there is a difference of ftto ft The shape was determined based off of the layout the girlfriend gave us*** demanded I come back that night and change the layoutI informed *** I would not come back and changed anything without being paid for the additional work it was going to require to change the layoutHe had already threatened not to pay menHe changed the layout several times from day one until the post were setWhen I was with the girlfriend she expected where I spray painted showing where the fence would beThe $1,down is half the job according to the fence industryI’m curious on how he pulled post out of the ground being 80% disabled according to *** statementI offered to give him $back as a kind gestureI told him as soon as I received a signed notarized statement from him that myself and my company would not have any repercussions from this situation*** Came back and wanted $I told him $was my final offerThe reason I wanted a notarized statement from him was I could not trust he would not continue to degrade myself and my companyHe would degrade me and my company anytime I didn’t do things a certain waySuch as he demanded I install the fence on a certain dayWhen I couldn’t promise to install his fence on a certain day due to weather etche verbally attacked my characterHe also gave [redacted] a difficult time about material for his job I have a close relationship with [redacted] ***, I was told he degraded me there as well I have many text messages between Salvatore and myself that tells a lotI sent him a picture in a text of a $cashiers check written out to him along with a copy of the contract his girlfriend signedHe offered to pay the $2,even if the footage ended up being ftOn 1/30/John P [redacted] son Ryan P [redacted] and I drove to *** house to lay out the jobOn our way to the job site John called Ryan to inform him *** had called and changed the layout of how he wanted his fence but his girlfriend would be there to go over the new layoutOnce he was finished, Ryan called John to explain the new layout which consisted of going up the hill on the right side of the house connecting their wood fence to the neighbors vinyl fenceThey would come back down the hill right before the brush and then build a straight line back connecting to a utility poleRyan informed the girlfriend that he could not connect to the utility pole because of issues if a utility line would need replacedOn the left side of the house they wanted to come out roughly feet from the back of the house then continue the fence thru a mature tree line connecting back to that same utility poleThe next morning we arrived back at *** house to set post, but again the layout had changedThis time the layout was feet off the back of the house on the left side connecting at that same utility poleAS Ryan and the girlfriend were finished going over the new layout John P [redacted] pulled up to *** house and joined the girlfriend and RyanThe girlfriend, John and Ryan all three go over the new layoutOnce finished the girlfriend needed to call *** to make sure he was okay with that layoutAs she is on the phone with *** she hands John her phone and tells him *** would like to go over the new layout with JohnJohn explained the new layout to *** then measured out the new footageHe then had the girlfriend sign for the layout change as well as the footage changeJohn leaves once the girlfriend signs the paperRyan and I set the post in the new layout that the girlfriend approvedThank you, Britney P [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: There are several statements in Mrand Miss P [redacted] statementsThere is also a lot of missing information such as MrP [redacted] blackmailed me stating he would not provide the $nor the signed form that my girlfriend signed with the "new changes" unless I had a notarized letter relinquishing him of any "legal repercussions." Frankly, if someone won't provide the final written contract with my girlfriend's signature the day of the job; then they are hiding something and are trying to lie and cover up what's on a written document.As a disabled veteran whom serve this country proudly, I find it disgusting that John P [redacted] would question the integrity of my disabilityI will gladly prove to the court that I am 80% disabled and I function as a full time employee of the United States federal governmentHow date John P [redacted] question the validity of a disabled veteranI have plenty of evidence and witnesses to prove that the posts were not installed to code and that Pickens Fence Company installed the wrong layout as planned and approved by the City of [redacted] I will be taking this matter to Small Claims Court Regards, [redacted]

I went to customers home and resolved the issueplank had nail pull away a little at the bottom closest to grass.I re nailed itGate was not locking easly, I fixed it The situation with gate happened mostly due to extremely wet ground due to all the rainEven though post are cemented in
ground,things will shift ,also neighbors down spouts run rain water to the gate and fence are*** Pickens

I filled out forms for permit and took them to ***We set post per city codeWe were not aware that she had got permission to go up side of house,because she picked up the permit and didn't tell us she changed things.She never shared changes with me.We didn't just show up to set post we notified
her ahead of time ,once again she never mentioned changes she got approved by ***I submitted paperwork and pictures to her HOA because we needed approval from them also,I put post exactly like the picture HOA approved which were the same pictures I summited to the city of ***.If she got approval to run fence up side of house,that wasn't in my drawings I turned into city and HOA.Again she never shared changes she made with meThe post are set 6inchesin off property lineSome adjustments had to be made because of underground utilitiesthe post are set exactly like the contract reads,I told her if she had permission to go up side of house I would not charge her to move and reset post, but I would charge her if there was extra footageI never got to go back to her home to remeasure due to her boyfriend screaming profanity over phone and firing me and telling me not to come back.the boyfriend threatened me personally and threatened my company.She called me to apologize for his out burst,she said she would not pay for any extra footage.but wanted me to finish fence the way she wanted itAt that point I told her I was concerned that I would not get paid the balance when job was finishedAt the initial meeting with boyfriend, I told him city would probably not approve going up side of houseas far as other house with my company name on the fence going up side of house, every situation is different, I built those fences sometime ago I don't remember how the paperwork read or was approvedI quit responding to her phone calls because I had been fired by boyfriendI also thought the situation need a few days to calm down.When the post are set we consider job half done(in the fence industry)so to give her $back is more than fair, she has no idea what I pay my guys,,my guys had to be paid,materials bought,my time dealing with city and HOA,my time with drawings and all the phone calls and running I had to do to make the job happen.I didn't refuse to do job, I told her I had to walk away due to boyfriends threats and her saying she wouldn't pay for extra footage.I also told her if at the end I would remeasure and if footage wasn't more there wouldn't be any added cost.Because of having to move things around some due to underground utilities there may not of been extra footageI explained all of this she still said she wouldn't pay me more if there was extra footage.Again I was concerned that she wouldn't pay me remainder of balance when job was doneWe take great pride in being a caring honest family business, do our best to make all customers happy, this situation is very unfortunate, in todays world we have to be careful when some threatens us

I, John P[redacted], was hired to install 180 ft. of dog ear privacy fence as stated in the contract. We never guarantee a install date because we can not predict the weather.  We were up against cold, snow and rain. The ground can not be frozen or extremely wet. P[redacted] and his helper Brittney P[redacted] showed up to set post at [redacted]. Once I arrived Ryan had walked the new layout with [redacted] girlfriend. She then called [redacted] to confirm the layout with him, he asked to go over the layout with me. I walked the layout with the girlfriend spray painting where the fence would be built while on the phone with [redacted].  The girlfriend signed off on the contract of the new layout and footage that was now 171 ft.  There were 24 post set 7.5 feet apart which equals 182 feet. There are two gates so that’s why there is a difference of 171 ft. to 182 ft.  The shape was determined based off of the layout the girlfriend gave us. [redacted] demanded I come back that night and change the layout. I informed [redacted] I would not come back and changed anything without being paid for the additional work it was going to require to change the layout. He had already threatened not to pay men. He changed the layout several times from day one until the post were set. When I was with the girlfriend she expected where I spray painted showing where the fence would be. The $1,000 down is half the job according to the fence industry. I’m curious on how he pulled 10 post out of the ground being 80% disabled according to [redacted] statement. I offered to give him $200 back as a kind gesture. I told him as soon as I received a signed notarized statement from him that myself and my company would not have any repercussions from this situation. [redacted] Came back and wanted $300. I told him $200 was my final offer. The reason I wanted a notarized statement from him was I could not trust he would not continue to degrade myself and my company. He would degrade me and my company anytime I didn’t do things a certain way. Such as he demanded I install the fence on a certain day. When I couldn’t promise to install his fence on a certain day due to weather etc. he verbally attacked my character. On our way to the job site John called Ryan to inform him [redacted] had called and changed the layout of how he wanted his fence but his girlfriend would be there to go over the new layout. The girlfriend, John and Ryan all three go over the new layout. Once finished the girlfriend needed to call [redacted] to make sure he was okay with that layout. As she is on the phone with [redacted] she hands John her phone and tells him [redacted] would like to go over the new layout with John. John explained the new layout to [redacted] then measured out the new footage. He then had the girlfriend sign for the layout change as well as the footage change.
