I apologize profusely for all this time Ms*** put in to fixing her credit card chargeI assure you that is not the type of service we love to provideI personally took it upon myself to analysed what happened with her charge and attached is the copy of her folio that shows a charge of
$(386.34) made on 10/12/and credit of $made on 06/15/2015. I am not sure why it is not showing on her credit card statement however I will follon Monday June 29th, with my Accounting department as well as I will call Ms*** tomorrow 06/27/at *** to introduce myself personally and what it takes to have her happy with the results. I was advised by my credit card company on 6/26 that there was no refund by the hotel. My cc company was refunding the account directly and reaching out to the Salem Waterfront Inn to dispute the charge for me. In the meantime the card company and the business should now be in touch as I filed a dispute directly with the credit card used to book the room which is through [redacted].
