The discussion was inaccurate; however, they have reluctantly e-mailed me the paperwork to put the house into my trust...and clarified the handling of the finances(I have not received anything beyond an "estimate" of the closing costs.) Since I have the needed paperwork, I accept the business's response...unless my tax attorney needs forms they have not supplied [redacted]
