Im *** Sahini ordered a birthday flower gift for my niece who is living in Lebanon, Beirut on th of August
I wanted flowers should be delivered on the next day that is th of August which is the my niece's birthday date
The company failed to deliver the order
So this is the case and they should refund my money as sson as possible
I have been sending e mails to the company but I dont get clear feedback
I really dont feel comfortable about the companyThe names and their responses seem un real or nonsense
I hope this complaint will do something good about company and myself
