There are two things that must happen in order for us to go ahead and repair the customer's concern. 1. He needs t retract the [redacted] review, and return respond that the dealer has accepted responsibility and will repair the damage. 2. He needs to have the vehicle dropped of for two days so we can do the repair, at no cost to customer.

Due to fact that the vehicle could have been damaged when it was picked up and towed here, we felt that a resolution of paying half of the repair was the right thing to do. The vehicle was dropped off in the middle of the night, and no inspection was done at that time. Sincerely [redacted]...
