There are two things that must happen in order for us to go ahead and repair the customer's concern. 1. He needs t retract the [redacted] review, and return respond that the dealer has accepted responsibility and will repair the damage. 2. He needs to have the vehicle dropped of for two days so we can do the repair, at no cost to customer.
I have reviewed the offer and am in agreement to the requested terms however, I am requesting a contact person at the dealership who is going to be responsible for facilitating the repair and related scheduling. I agree that I will make my vehicle available for the approximately two days needed for the repair. And lastly, I agree that when I receive my vehicle back following the repair and inspect the repair and ensure no additional damage is present I will immediately retract/amend the [redacted] review as they have requested
We have informed this customer on numerous occasions that this vehicle is in consignment, and before we can sell it we must repair the problem with the electric top. The parts have been ordered and the repairs should be completed by early next week. We have also told him that the amount of the...

Another concern is that we have to re evaluate his trade, since it has been over a month since we last evaluated, values changed on a weekly basis. One thing that he may do is to take his trade to the local [redacted], as he would be given a current evaluation and he may opt to sell to them and just purchase the [redacted] without a trade. Due to fact that the vehicle could have been damaged when it was picked up and towed here, we felt that a resolution of paying half of the repair was the right thing to do. The vehicle was dropped off in the middle of the night, and no inspection was done at that time. Sincerely [redacted]...
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
