We are going to cut her a checkWe sell other vendors items and refund easily in days, but after the days it's harder due to credit card and paypal restrictions so we ask if they'd like store creditThe check will be sent out tomorrowThanks for your help in this matter and let me know if there are any others that come inWe try to make our customers happy! Hello *** - I recently followed up with your personally to your email, I hope that you received it okay We are a small CS team and we are currently unable to provide a Call Center As noted on our site, our emails are replied to within business days Sadly there was
an unforeseen delay with this feature and we recently received it in our warehouse and are currently shipping this feature out In your direct email, I offered to cancel your orders We look forward to hearing back from you so that we can process your cancellations if desired We hope to hear from you soon as once the shipments begin to process, your orders will need to be returned for your orders to be refunded We look forward to getting this resolved, talk to you soon
