[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My first objection is to the exxagerated price points he mentionedI purchased picnic baskets, a cutting board and a small green sandwich bag/coolerMytotal bill was $The merchant uses the Square system whereby the receipt goes directly to your emailThe merchandise was not itemizedMyreceipt simply reads subtotal $and sales tax My recollection is that the picnic baskets were priced between $40-I did not pay $for any of themAs to his estimated retail price of $199, I went on line today and found my exact basket, priced at $from a company called [redacted] .comThe basket is called :Picnic Plus Athertyon person picnic basketThey also referenced other stores in their ad with the same priceThey were [redacted] , [redacted] and stores Had the vendor ever mentioned that his merchandise could be defective I would not be wasting my time or yours on this matterHe never said anything of the sort nor did he have any signage at his booth to indicate thisWe attend this festival to have a good time and to support the charityI think we should feel confident when dealing with the vendors who participateAs a senior citizen I dont feel a vendor should refuse to stand behind their merchandise just because they can Sincerely, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

You can buy anything at any price on the web Basket MSRP price is $ Customer purchased it for 1/the price at a festival All items sold "as is condition" Most are new or samples no warranty or returns policy as stated for those items No returns was clearly stated to each customer We are not a retail store and customer purchased items at almost 70% off the price, even below wholesale pricing There were signs clearly stating no returns We do not take advantage of customers as they get a great deal and we have been selling at this festival for over years Money is raised for a good cause-Chester County Hospital and we are a proud sponsor and make donations for this support If she brought this to our attention at the festival we would have adjusted the sale This was several months later How do we know that the buyer did not break it and wanted a one in exchange months later?

Merchandise was sold at a festival October 12,2014.  All items sold "as is" and final sales.  This was clearly the policy as stated and listed on the signage.  The item the customer purchased has a $199 retail value and was purchased at approximately #25.00 since it was final...

sale.  We cannot take back something 2 1/2 months later, especially since it was sold off price.  We stand 100% behind our products price when sold through retailers as full value is paid on the item.

I purchased 4 picnic baskets, a cutting board and a small green sandwich bag/cooler. Mytotal bill was $222.60. The merchant uses the Square system whereby the receipt goes directly to your email. The merchandise was not itemized. Myreceipt simply reads subtotal $210. and sales tax 12.60. My recollection is that the picnic baskets were priced between $40-60. I did not pay $25 for any of them. As to his estimated retail price of $199, I went on line today and found my exact basket, priced at $79.99 from a company called [redacted].com. The basket is called :Picnic Plus Athertyon  2 person picnic basket. They also referenced 3 other stores in their ad with the same price. They were [redacted] and 123 stores.
Had the vendor ever mentioned that his merchandise could be defective I would not be wasting my time or yours on this matter. He never said anything of the sort nor did he have any signage at his booth to indicate this. We attend this festival to have a good time and to support the charity. I think we should feel confident when dealing with the vendors who participate. As a senior citizen I dont feel a vendor should refuse to stand behind their merchandise just because they can
