Firstly, in my nearly five years of building picnic tables, this is the very first and only complaint I have receivedI did offer these people a full refund in exchange for the table.The drivers are independent drivers and are instructed to leave the tables in the driveway or other suitable
location for easy access to the home ownersThey are never asked to ask for help from any oneThe driver is very capable of pulling the table from the trailor by himself as it slides easily and weighs about pounds The crack in the bench seat is a very thin but long crack that happens to all wood as it driesIt is very safe and unavoidableThe gutter lid the complaint refers to is a free product I give to themIt is cut from the center for the gutter but I used to throw them awayNow I add a few feet for them to rest on and give them awayIt states on my website that the lids are optional and free
It was an honest oversight about the umbrella holes and I did at my expense send a worker out to add them with all of the tools he would need to do soAny further need for additional tools was probably due to a miscommunication and I do appreciate these people allowing my worker to use their tools while thereI am willing to reimburse them for all of the hassle with $which should easily be enough for them to hire a local carpenter and repair any further issues they have foundWe are a small company and this type of complaint may force me into bankruptcyI hope my offer will resolve this problem
Bought a $dollar book that I was told I needed, when checking out this book I asked multiply times if I could return it The book store said yes long as the wrapper is still on the book After a week after I purchased this book I learned I did not need this and tried to return it The book store said you are a week late for returns The receipt says nothing about a date or anything Keep trying to call the book store manager but no answer nor a call back

able to decline any bids until she was satisfied with a bid in her range. I found a driver that she was ok with as far as pricing. She has been very polite and understanding as well as patient throughout this transaction. In all fairness she deserves a full refund for the tables.. We agreed to a payment plan and that is where I thought we were. I intend to refund her in full. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
