Review: We have a problem with our patio flooding during heavy rain which causes water to get into the house. We hired [redacted] to resolve this issue which he said would need a catch basin and sump pump installed and that he would run a discharge line through the existing 4" pipe. This was done on 4-4-13. At first all seemed well until we had our first big rain and water once again came in the house. We immediately contacted him and he said he would talk with his suppliers and get back with us, which he never did. For the next 3 months we have continued to call him leaving messages, texting him and rarely would he answer. There were 19 phone calls and numerous text messages. On the few occasions that he actually spoke with us, he promised to call back, he would make this right, he was going to fix it, etc. and then of course he went back to ignoring us. We went ahead and bought a larger pump and advised him of such. On 6-25-13 he said he would be there to do the work on 6-27-13 my husband spoke with him that morning and [redacted] said he would be at our house in a few hours as he knew we were leaving on vacation and he would take care of it. He never showed up or called! On 7-11-13 water got in my house for the 3rd time since he had "fixed our problem"! I advised him of such via text message (he won't answer my calls) and told him I expected him at my house the following day. I also informed the contractor whom recommended [redacted] to me of the problems we were having and the contractor contacted [redacted] and told him to take care of it. [redacted] evidently was very angry by this and so on 7-12-13 he went to my house, removed the pipe he had installed and installed our new pump and in doing so, he busted up the catch basin he installed, busted up concrete outside of the basin without our permission leaving a hole in the concrete. He let the concrete fall into the catch basin which will ruin the pump and then just threw the rest of the concrete and materials all over our patio! An unbelievable mess!!Desired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund so that I can hire a competent, reputable contractor to repair the damage he created!
