I am rejecting this response because:It is falseThe only person who yelled was the older womanI was crying and shaking for embarrassment of their treatment of me in front of other customersShe acknowledged that she had damaged it, only when asked for my money back did she give it, but when asked for them to removed itMy husband spoke with the gentleman in the store and he admitted the two women treatment of me was wrong and they could have handled it betterI explained that I made a mistake on he price, but the damage they cause makes the piece worthlessI want for the store to replace what they damaged and they may replace the seat, or return my money so I may replace itI will be happy to send the seat so that the Revdex.com can inspect the work and seeI was not asked to leave, that is a total lieThe only person who asked anyone to stop raising their voice was me to the old woman to stop yelling at me

monogramming order.   The customer asked the pricing for monogramming 3 lines of text on the seat and pricing for monogramming of name only.  After changing her mind several times, the customer ordered the seat with monogrammed last name only in all capital letters and was charged for 1 line of monogramming in all capitals which is referred to as a large monogram.  The customer was charged $12.50 plus tax for a total of $13.53.    When the customer returned with her item after Christmas, she stated loudly in front of other customers that she was over charged and paid $25.00 for the order that only had 1 line of monogramming.  The original order form and credit card receipt was pulled and shown to the customer to show that she was only charged $13.53 and she had only ordered the item monogrammed with her last name.   The customer continued to claim loudly that she paid $25.00 and was overcharged for what she received.  The customer continued to make this slandering statement in front of several customers in an attempt cause a scene in our business.  When she was shown the original receipt and order form again she began crying and acting hysterically.  After asking her to calm down several times she began claiming she was being yelled at.  At this point she was given a cash refund in an effort to get her to leave and stop the outrageous scene she was causing over her order that was completed as she had ordered it.    Pics & Gifts has been in the business of providing monogramming services for 34 years.  The business of monogramming in a very detail oriented industry and we take great care in writing up all orders with the exact information that the customer provides for their order.  Pics & Gifts has been voted the Best Monogramming Business in Waco for 4 years in a row in the Wacoan magazine therefore I feel that our reputation speaks for itself.
