$100 to replace the cost of the gift card we were not able to use.
Review: I ordered $150.00 worth of pictures of my children for Easter on March 15, 2013, this included 10 sheets, a few large prints (11x16, 16x20), a cd, and Easter cards. I was told these would be in on the 29th of March. When I went to pick up my pictures on Friday, March 29th, I was told that they were not in and that I should check back next Friday. I explained to the woman that these were for Easter which was two days away and she just told me that she was already starting to close for the day and I should come back next week. I called today, Friday, April 5th, to see if they were in yet only to find out that they had closed the business and my pictures are still not even in the studio (it is located inside of Walmart). I could not get anywhere on the Internet as their website just took you to a blank page, the CSR at Walmart gave me a CS # to call, and after being on hold for more than 45 minutes I was disconnected. I have no way of getting ahold of anyone, I am out $150, and still do not have any pictures, I am outraged.

I want the refund for all of my pictures as well as the yearly portrait smile club card I paid for. I would also like to know where the pictures of my children are as I do not want them out somewhere for people I do not know to see.
Review: We went to get the pictures taken on 3/29/12. We paid for the package that we wanted. They told us they would call us to pick up the pictures when they were ready. I called today to find out what is going on. The number is disconnected and the place is out of business!
