Picture This Portraits

My wife and I met the business owner, [redacted], at the Jacksonville Mall, where he has a booth. He advertises his business and sells packages of portraits from this booth. We bought a package and arranged to have our portraits taken. We show up at the studio for the portraits, and its a hole in the wall area in the back of a consignment dress shop([redacted], Jacksonville, NC 28546). We arrived on time, but had to wait in a very uncomfortable and unclean environment. A lady finally processed our sitting fee(Which we were double charged for), and then she began to take pictures. She was not very professional, and did not correct my wife when she was not looking at the camera when she thought she was. She rushed us through the photo session. We basically posed ourselves because she gave us very little direction. The entire shoot only lasted 5 minutes. She then said we will edit the pictures, come back in an hour. We were not included in the editing process...we did not get to give feedback as to what we wanted the pictures to look like, what color schemes we might want, nothing like that. We arrived back 1.5 hours later, and she still wasn't finished, so we had to wait awhile longer. Then, she showed us the pictures. My wife's face was not normal...the editor had added weight to her face to the point she looked like a chipmunk. My wife told her that her face didn't look right, but she ignored us. One background was a Christmas background, another was a fall background, and its currently spring at the beach. We took home the disk, examined them all, and called Mr. [redacted]. We sent him the bad pictures, and sent current pictures of my wife's face for him to compare. We texted him several times, but was ignored until we confronted him at the mall after he told us not to come and talk to him. He agreed to retake the photos, and that he or his nephew would do it. The morning of the new appointment, he texted that the same women would retake our pictures.Product_Or_Service: Portrait package and discDesired SettlementWe have tried to come to a reasonable solution with this man over the photographs. We asked for the man or his nephew to take the pictures so that we don't have to deal with the rude women who worked with us the first time and hacked up our pictures. He said he would do it this way, and an hour before the appointment, he texted us and said that [redacted], the one who edited the pictures before would retake them. This is not what we agreed to after much discussion. We even gave back the disk.
