I placed an order online on 06/30/and as of today, 09/04/14, have not received my merchandiseI have reached out to the company on numerous occasions, leaving voice-mails and sending emails inquiring about the expected shipment dateI have never received a call back as a result of these inquiriesToday their phone number doesn't even ringThankfully, I was within the time allotted to dispute this charge with my credit card companyDon't purchase anything from this company!

We placed an order on February 22nd and were charged for the orderAfter a month when the order had still not been received, I called about it and our credit card was charged againThis time they charged us $more than the cost of the orderAfter more weeks, we still did not have the order and after calling about it again, we were charged yet again for the orderWe did finally receive it after weeks, but were charged a total of $1,for an order that cost $We will never use this company again because of the over-charges and poor service

Review: Put in an order for a address book for $36.94 and did not receive merchandise or a refund. Call left messages no call back within 24h like they said they would. Review: I ordered four packs of 25 standard plastic photo pages at $13.97 each (order #[redacted]) totaling $55.88 with $9.97 shipping July 9, 2115. The web site didn't allow credit cards (that's illegal, isn't it) so I tried to get them on the phone to select payment by either check or COD. The phone message said that they would return my call within 24 hours. After leaving several messages over the next few days, they never returned my call. In good faith (bad mistake), I sent them a personal check for the total amount of $65.85 on July 23, hoping that this would make them send me the merchandise. My bank statement showed that they cashed the check on August 4 but I have never received my merchandise to this date (September 29). I have called them several times recently, left messages concerning my order,and have never heard from them again even though their phone message says they will. If they do this to others, their business should be shut down.Desired Settlement: Both this produce and service were good when I ordered them three years ago using a credit card. I would prefer getting the merchandise for this order but will accept reimbursement as a second choice, hopefully very soon. Thank you for your help with this matter.

Review: I ordered an Address Book in February. My check has cleared the bank. I have not received the Address Book. I have made several phone calls to pieces in places. No answer or return calls have been made by them. I called 4-14-14, 5-21-14, 5-24-14, 5-29-14, 6-4-14. Thanks for helping me solve this problem Sincerely [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the Address Book & extra Address Cards mailed to me.I suppose last resort Mail me a refund for: $43.91

Review: In August 2014 we placed an order for two types of paperwork arrangers. Despite several inquiries no product was ever delivered. The charges were made to our credit card immediately upon order.Desired Settlement: If paper work arrangers are not delivered we request a full refund.

Review: In September 2014 ordered on line a product from Pieces In Places. Had to pay for it online. They debited my account on 9/9/2014 and created a UPS Airbill on 9/12/2014. Have emailed, and called. Told would be contacted within 24 hours. Never received a call back and the product has never been shipped as I checked with UPS.Desired Settlement: I would like either the product sent to me immediately as it has been almost 60 days or the money returned.

Review: I purchased plastic photo sheets (cr [redacted]) for $62.41 on August 7, 2014 via check. They cashed the check and by Sept 15, I had not received the product so I called them and was told their computer was down and they would call back, which they didn't. I called back on Sept 16 and received a voice recording to leave information about the order, and they never called back. I called them about the order on Sept 24 and received a recording to leave a message, then called again on Oct 7 and there was only a recording.

They are not responding to my calls, have cashed my check, and they never sent my product.

They are possibly running a scam.

I am 88 years old and they stole my money. Perhaps you can prevent this from happening to another senior citizen.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back by cashier's check or money order, for the full amount of $62.41

Review: On Feb. 13, 2014 I ordered folders from Pieces in Places. My credit card was billed $272.66 the following day. I never received the product, and each time my office contacted the company they had no idea I had not received the product or why,and several excuses were given: "still in production'", "out of stock," and "about to go into production." When I asked for a refund, twice, I was told that refunds were issued by check and I have never received a check. It is now too late to dispute this problem with my credit card company. I tried to act in good faith, exercise patience, and have received nothing but excuses; no product, and no refund. I ask for your assistance in this business matter.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, since I have received nothing.

Review: The order was placed on line on May 19, 2014. My credit card was charged $270.08 on May 20 2014. Called each week no contact was made, finally on June 24 I was told my order would be shipped on June 26. Called each week no contact July 22 told they would send 1/2 order rest would be sent in 2 weeks. Finally go through on Aug 8th told order would go out that day. Had trouble getting tracking number, it was shipped to wrong address. Aug 20 finally got through told it would be sent Aug 22 did not have tracking number. Called every day cold not get through or left message no one called back. Sept 29 finally talked to a person they said it would be sent out that day, they corrected the address. called everyday could not get through or when left messages no call back. Oct 13 I was called given a tracking number. Checked on tracking number "not found" Called every day left messages. Oct 29 got a person. Told management were at lunch 9:00 AM would call me back. " Oh I guess they are in a management meeting." finally said it was shipped 4 days ago Priority Mail no tracking number. Management would call before end of day. No one called! no product has arrived!Desired Settlement: I would like the product delivered ! I am nervous that a refund check would never arrive either. I am extremely frustrated with the POOR customer service and uncaring attitude that I have been shown.

Review: I ordered photo albums on 5/28/15 and was billed to my credit card. I have not received my product, in spite of contacting this business numerous times through e-mails and phone messages.Desired Settlement: I want my photo albums delivered immediately or to have the amount charged for the order credited back to my credit card.

Review: On October 11, 2014 I mailed a check for $66.76 to Pieces in Places for 4 albums and 3 double album cases. I received an email on December 4, 2014 from [redacted] stating the order must have slipped through the cracks. She then said she was going to recreate the order. The new order was #339. On February 28 I called and they said the order had shipped but I never got it. I called repeatedly in March and after dialing the number it always says call ended. I have my bank statement with the cleared check and saved emails from them. I still have not received my albums or cases.Desired Settlement: After waiting 7 months and still receiving no product I would like to get my money back.
