They are not answering their phone nor will they return our calls. Ridiculous!!This company will not call us back! They were the original company the previous homeowners we bought our house from used and we spoke with them a few months after buying our house. They said they would call us when the existing termite contract was ready for renewal and we could switch everything over to us. They never called us and my husband and I have called NUMEROUS times in the past month and left messages with no response from them. If more than 1 person calls at the same time you will get voice mail, as of how we handle calls with our current phone system. We have a company policy to return all messages the same day or next business day if after 5 p.m. I'm not sure what happened in us not returning your phone calls. We possibly didn't have the right number, not sure. I do see that I serviced your home on 8-12-14 at 9:30 to continue your current termite contract.Prior we serviced it 3-4-13. We mail out a renewal letter on the expiration of your contract. Since it's been a 5 month gap in service we can just continue the contract until August of 2015. You will receive a letter, prices subject to change.We are a credible business proudly serving every customer. We are human though and will make mistakes from time to time.
