I was a former residentOne a few levels I would give them a outta Management: The management while I was here switch and the new manager was shadyShe told me that me asking for information on my rent was "a waste of her time." When I was having to use the v.ato help with rent (over two days the wouldn't give me to get paid again) the miss used both my money and the money from the v.abecause "it would look trying to kick us out having shown we are still paying current rent" straight from the horses mouthSafety: I would give this a Firm just because its zero isn't an optionThe allow there staff to do inspections weather of your are home or not, and in my case their laundry facility went up in flames and my room was the one aboveMy family consisting of me a veteran and my girlfriend and our year old were woke up by the fire department pounding on our door and our rooms flooded with smokewe had to evacuate and nothing was done to help or anything in fact the management didn't even check up on us or acknowledge it happenedMaintenance: Constant water pressure issues and bird crap everywhereThe lovely sound at 6-in the morning as they blast the buildings with a water hoseIf that isn't enough they continue to lie and play a game of ring around with us as we try to ask for our depositone excuse after anotherNevada requires days to return and days that it should be done with I'm now going on and they being as sketchy as all hell we got it, we didn't get, its at corporate, we never got it, its at corporate againstory after storyWhen asked to get a contact for corporate I was deniedI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
