Piedmont Credit & Collections is not the true party in Interest and does not own accounts.

Piedmont Credit & Collections sending notices for demands for money using the United States Postal Service may constitute mail fraud and sending data to [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] credit bureau is fraud.

Piedmont Credit & Collections is a debt collections agency that purchases debts and by fraud establishes what is commonly known as a Novation.

This alleged debt is under full dispute and Piedmont Credit & Collections or any variations thereof must have proof of it's jurisdiction to seek any legal action in a court of law.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for Piedmont Credit & Collections validate this debt by certified mail return receipt to [redacted] located at [redacted].

That Piedmont Credit & Collections or any variations thereof correct the credit reporting error and remove all negative reports of my credit reports.

I demand Piedmont Credit & Collections or any variations thereof remove my name from their data base and no further communications ever between [redacted], [redacted] or any variations thereof.

I demand a certified letter noticing me of all corrections made on my credit reports and the removal of my name from their database.

I requested certified copy of ownership of account from Piedmont Credit validating ownership. Sending a response showing they are a third party agent and debt collector does not validate ownership. Show proof of ownership or release all claims against me immediately or we can settle in Federal Court. Also remove all negative credit reports against the name of [redacted] variations thereof.It is my request that any information pertains to my name be made public so that's no reason to deny Revdex.com from assisting in this matter.

Review: I am working with a financial adviser and I was told to call the agency to see if a collection could be deleted from my credit report, because they are able to help people delete items that are credit reports that have been paid off. I called the agency and they told me that by law they can not delete the item from my credit report. I called back my financial adviser and she said that was false information, that in fact items can be deleted from a credit report if negotiated.Desired Settlement: I would just like for any collections that have been paid completely off under that company to be deleted off of my credit report so that I can continue with the process of being able to fix my credit.

Review: On September 16, 2015, I received a copy of my credit report from [redacted] credit reporting agency. That report included a late bill from paid for in full by insurance, not removed from my credit after acknowledgement of correct information.

They understand this bill was Paid in full by insurance, and was the fault of theinsurance company), not mine, and refuse to remove the wrong derogatory remark from my credit.

Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. section 1681 and following), Piedmont Credit and Collection agency is obligated to investigate this request give credit reporting agencies correct information when they find that information has reported is incorrect or incomplete.Desired Settlement: Remove the collection from all three credit reporting agency within 30 days.
